ThinkProp and Media Fusion L.L.C. have announced a strategic partnership to enhance the upcoming Smart Built Environment Forum. The event, scheduled for October 1-2, 2024, will take place at the prestigious Grosvenor House in Dubai. This collaboration aims to bring together industry leaders, innovators, and experts to explore the latest trends and advancements in smart building technologies and sustainable urban development. 

The partnership between ThinkProp, known for its innovative solutions in property technology, and Media Fusion, a leader in media and event management, promises to deliver a high-caliber forum. Attendees can expect cutting-edge presentations, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities that will shape the future of smart built environments in the region and beyond. 

While specific details about the forum’s program are yet to be released, the organizers have hinted at a comprehensive agenda covering topics such as IoT in construction, energy-efficient building designs, and the integration of artificial intelligence in urban planning. Industry professionals and stakeholders are eagerly anticipating further announcements about this landmark event in the coming weeks. 

The Dubai Land Department has forged a strategic partnership with ThinkProp Real Estate Training Institute, marking a significant step towards enhancing the emirate’s real estate sector. The agreement, signed by His Excellency Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, and Mr. Moath Maqbol, General Manager of Advanced Real Estate Services, aim to bolster the Dubai Brokers Program. 

This collaboration is set to revolutionize the real estate landscape by focusing on training and empowering Emirati nationals to excel in the property market. The initiative aligns with Dubai’s vision to nurture local talent and strengthen the emirate’s position as a global real estate hub. 

By leveraging ThinkProp’s expertise in real estate training, the partnership is expected to create new opportunities for Emiratis in the thriving property sector. This move not only supports national employment goals but also ensures that the local workforce is well-equipped to meet the evolving demands of Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. 

ThinkProp, the real estate training institute, participated in The Real Estate Day for Emiratis Employment on March 4, 2024, held at the Dubai Land Department. This notable event, organized in collaboration with the Emirati Human Resources Development Council—Dubai, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), and the Community Development Authority and sponsored by Emaar Dubai, aimed to connect Emiratis with promising career opportunities in the real estate sector. 

The event was honored by the presence of distinguished leaders, including His Excellency Engineer Marwan bin Khalifa, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department; His Excellency Ghannam Al Mazrouei, Secretary-General of Nafis UAE; and His Excellency Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of the Emirati Human Resources Development Council. We contributed significantly to the day’s activities by hosting engaging workshops and informative seminars. These sessions provided valuable industry insights and career guidance, highlighting our commitment to advancing Emirati talent and fostering growth within the real estate industry. The event underscored our dedication to supporting the professional development of Emirati professionals and contributing to the broader goal of enhancing national employment opportunities. 

Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) partnered with Sharjah Digital Department (SDD) to conduct several workshops on the Digital Platform for Real Estate services. The workshops were conducted in each Municipality including Sharjah, Khor Fakkan, Al Dhaid, Mleiha, Alhimriyeh, Diba Al Hisen, Al Bataeh, Kalba, and with other entities like Sharjah Police and specifically targeting real estate developers and companies operating in the Emirates of Sharjah (naming few; ARADA, SAM, Alef, ASAS, Shurooq, and others) 

The workshop provided an in-depth exploration of the Platform, highlighting its current capabilities and applications in the real estate sector. Attendees were given valuable insights into how the system can streamline operations and enhance compliance with Sharjah regulations. 

A key highlight of the session was the discussion of upcoming system features. These new developments are being carefully designed to align with Sharjah’s existing policies and regulations, ensuring that real estate entities can seamlessly integrate these advancements into their operations. 

Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) has partnered strategically with the Sharjah Digital Department (SDD). The collaboration aims to create an advanced digital Real Estate Platform under Digital Sharjah, a government-unified digital platform owned and managed by the Government of Sharjah. 

The platform aims at making Sharjah’s government services accessible to the public through various user-friendly and intuitive channels, including a web portal and mobile applications for both iOS and Android operating systems. The platform is designed to digitize the processes in the real estate sector and will encompass a unified database for all properties in all Sharjah Emirate, plus automating services such as tenancy contracts, property ownerships, POA, Company Management, rent disputes, and other modules. 

Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) recently partnered with Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) to host a workshop on the AccessRP system on Al Maryah Island. The event specifically targeted real estate developers and companies operating within the ADGM jurisdiction. 

The workshop provided an in-depth exploration of the AccessRP system, highlighting its current capabilities and applications in the real estate sector. Attendees were given valuable insights into how the system can streamline their operations and enhance compliance with ADGM regulations. 

A key highlight of the session was the discussion of upcoming features for the AccessRP system. These new developments are being carefully designed to align with the existing policies and regulations of ADGM, ensuring that real estate entities can seamlessly integrate these advancements into their operations while maintaining full regulatory compliance. 

As part of enhancing cooperation and partnerships between national institutions and organizations, the Ministry of Defense has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) in Abu Dhabi. This agreement aims to train the Ministry’s members and retirees, preparing them for real estate and self-employment careers. The MoU was signed by Brigadier General Obaid Ali Al-Mansouri, Head of the Executive Department for Education and Training at the Ministry of Defense, and Mr. Moath Saadi Maqbool from Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), in the presence of several officials from both parties.

This collaboration is expected to benefit the Ministry of Defense and its personnel. By providing specialized training programs, this Memorandum of Understanding will facilitate the preparation of Ministry of Defense members and retirees for careers in the dynamic real estate market. It will also support their professional development, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the field. Moreover, this MOU will contribute to the real estate sector by supplying it with a well-trained and qualified workforce.

Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed three Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Elite Gulf Real Estate Training Institute, Innovation Experts Real Estate Training Institute, and Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), which launched ThinkProp Real Estate Training Institute. The agreements aim to enhance awareness in Dubai’s real estate sector by creating a distinguished real estate training environment that elevates service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and aligns with global best practices and standards.

According to the MoUs, the three real estate institutions are now accredited by DLD to organize training programs and workshops in the real estate sector. All parties will work towards promoting a culture of continuous learning, professional real estate training, and innovation, contributing to the development of professionals in the sector with the goal of achieving excellence in real estate and sustainable development. The agreements also aim to raise awareness among real estate investors, property owners, and stakeholders through educational plans and the dissemination of real estate knowledge.

The collaboration includes the preparation, implementation, and updating of various real estate training programs to qualify developers and other stakeholders in different real estate activities according to the best local and international standards and practices. Additionally, there will be specific training programs for UAE nationals to support Emiratization, ensuring their employment or the establishment of their own businesses. The MoUs also cover the organization of seminars, workshops, and real estate conferences aimed at discussing market-related issues and highlighting the current state of the sector. Educational courses will be provided to employees and stakeholders in all real estate activities to raise awareness about their rights and responsibilities. Furthermore, new programs will be developed to innovate and enhance smart and digital services in Dubai’s real estate sector.

The agreements were signed by Marwan bin Ghalita, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), an entity of DLD; George Maurice, General Manager of Elite Gulf Real Estate Training Institute; Mohammad Shana’a, Director of Innovation Experts Real Estate Training Institute; and Moath Maqbool, Director of Advanced Real Estate Services – Dubai branch. This partnership aligns with the UAE’s leadership vision and strategic directions and aims to strengthen collaboration between DLD and the mentioned institutions.

Marwan bin Ghalita emphasized that DLD is committed to enhancing partnerships with the private sector, contributing to the provision of proactive, human-centered real estate services. He noted that the training and equipping of real estate professionals with advanced tools and knowledge are at the core of these MoUs. He stated, “We are delighted with our new partnership with leading institutions that have a long-standing reputation in real estate training. This collaboration will solidify our ongoing efforts to promote sustainability and innovation in this vital sector.”

Bin Ghalita added, “We will work to optimally translate this collaboration into building a strong and qualified professional base, in line with DLD’s objectives to disseminate real estate culture and increase knowledge in the market through high-level scientific training.”

DLD adopts a firm approach to enhancing partnership and integration with the private sector, considering it one of the key elements of success in the real estate sector. This collaboration supports sustainable growth and the strategic transformation witnessed by the sector in Dubai, guided by the wise leadership’s vision of positioning Dubai at the forefront of global cities in the real estate industry.
