Abu Dhabi, UAE: The THINKPROP Real Estate Training Institute, launched by Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), is set to host an online workshop on the ‘Basics of Housing Construction’. People looking for free guidance on building their own home are invited to attend the workshop, which will cover the important steps of home construction, from planning to execution.

The initiative comes in line with the Institute’s mission of spreading real estate knowledge and providing training courses on the real estate sector for individuals and companies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to expand and develop the Emirate’s real estate sector.

Set to take place on 15 June, the workshop will be conducted by Eng. Abdulkareem Al Hosani Businessman in real estate development, an expert in the field of construction who brings more than 21 years of experience in the industry.

‘Basics of Housing Construction’ workshop aims to raise the public’s awareness about the importance of building their own home correctly, following the right steps. The workshop will offer attendees a step-by-step guidance on the required documents for home construction, the methods for selecting the best partner construction enterprise, the process of designing a house, the most important clauses of home contract agreement, followed by the stages of implementation.

Moath Maqbol, General Manager of ADRES, said: “This workshop plays a significant role in raising the general public’s awareness about the real estate and property sector by providing them with the required guidance in building their home, which contributes to fostering a regulatory environment that supports the industry and drives its growth. Launched by ADRES, the ThinkProp Training Institute, is the only institute in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, which offers recognized courses and certificates, to expand the opportunities for individuals interested in working in the real estate sector.

ABU DHABI: Under the theme “Government of The Future”, the Abu Dhabi Government is participating in GITEX Technology Week 2021 for the tenth time and is showcasing 100 innovative digital initiatives and projects with the aim of creating a unique experience for all visitors through a unified platform for all government entities.31 government and academic entities are present at the Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion, and their participation comes as the UAE celebrates its 50th anniversary, as the nation celebrates its remarkable journey over the last 50 years and begins preparing for the next 50.

The Abu Dhabi Government participation comes under the supervision of the Higher Committee of Digital Government as part of its efforts to implement a governance framework across the Abu Dhabi Government and make a fundamental change in the concept of government services, moving towards a digital future.

The Abu Dhabi Government celebrates its tenth participation in GITEX Technology Week, one of the world’s largest annual consumer computer and electronics trade show, exhibition, and conference, highlighting its commitment to supporting innovation and adopting effective digital solutions to support the economic and investment environments in Abu Dhabi, while strengthening its position as a leader in governmental digital transformation.

It also seeks to offer a unique and innovative experience for the Pavilion’s visitors through a unified and innovative digital platform for all government entities by showcasing a series of projects and digital services across many sectors.

The Abu Dhabi Government is also introducing the Virtual Pavilion experience, which allows visitors to make virtual visits to the Pavilion from anywhere in the world. This in addition to the Virtual Assistant feature, enabling users to interact with representatives from the participating entities and academic institutions and obtain details of events taking place at the Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion.
