This session explores the story of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS): how, when, and why it started in the US, and the value it brings to real estate markets through accurate data, broker cooperation, fair competition, and greater market transparency. The session also highlights Madhmoun MLS, which makes Abu Dhabi brokers the first real estate professional in the Middle East with access to an MLS. The moderator then opens the floor to a panel of three agents offering three distinct perspectives: a US agent who has worked with MLS since day one of their career, an Abu Dhabi agent who is relatively new to MLS, and an agent from a market that has never used an MLS at all.
